RULES / REGS / WAIVERS

                                                                         RULES AND REGULATIONS:

• Check in at 1pm-9pm  ~ checkout at 11am. 

• Quiet time between 11pm and 7am.  Please respect those around you with regard to noise at all hours of the day and night.

• Two cars per site. No parking in roadway.

• Maximum of 6 people per site.  All visitors must be listed on campground’s copy of rental agreement.

•  Visitors should leave by 11pm.  Visitors are not permitted to bring pets.

• No sewage drained on the ground by order of the N.Y. State Health Department.  

• No car washing on campsite grounds.

• 5 mph speed limit at all times.

• Pets allowed with current vaccinations and signed waiver and rules.  Please keep pets quiet and controlled.

• Fires must be in fire pits or grills only.  Fires should be no higher than waist height.  Fires must be attended and extinguished by midnight. Do not burn garbage or plastic of any kind.

• Do not cut, drill or drive nails into trees.

• Parents are responsible for the safety and actions of their children at all times.

• Dumpster is available at the front of the grounds.  Please put all garbage inside and close the lid.  Do not leave garbage out in campground as it attracts bugs and wild animals. Do not litter.

• Campers must go on correct site they are registered for.  Please stay off of other’s sites.

• Do not discharge firearms, fireworks or explosives in the campground.

• Smokers please use butt cans and be considerate of others.

• No unlawful activity.  If it’s against the law, don’t do it here. We will call the police.

• Insurance is required on all RV’s.

• No electric heaters allowed.

Failure to observe these rules will constitute immediate forfeiture of right to continue occupancy and in such case no rental will be refunded.  It is the sole determination of the management to decide if a camper is causing damage to the premises or violating any of the rules listed here.  By leasing this property from Magliato Realty, LLC, the renter accepts camping privileges with the understanding that he/she does hereby releases Magliato Realty, LLC, Paul Magliato, David Magliato and their heirs and Adirondack Memories Campground of all liability for the loss or damage to property and injury to his/her persons arising out of his/her use of this facility.

Campground Site Rental Agreement for Seasonal Renters

1.) Payments may be made in the form of check, money order or cash.  Payments received after the 7^th day of the month will be charged an additional $10.00 late fee. Non-payment of rent will result in IMMEDIATE TERMINATION of agreement.   If renter fails to vacate the property voluntarily after termination, landlord will remove renter’s RV within 10 days of notification. Any costs associated with removal and storage of renter’s RV or personal property, legal fees, and all costs and expenses will be the responsibility of the renter.

2.) Violations of rules will constitute IMMEDIATE TERMINATION of agreement.    If renter fails to vacate the property voluntarily after termination, landlord will remove renter’s RV within 10 days of notification. Any costs associated with removal and storage of renter’s RV or personal property, legal fees, and all costs and expenses will be the responsibility of the renter.

3.) The site that the renter is assigned to may not be sublet to another party and may only be changed with the landlord’s consent. 

4.) The premises may be used for camping only.

5.) Renter agrees to carry his or her own liability and comprehensive insurance and vehicle registration during the term of this rental period on their RV. 

6.) If for any reason either a state or local branch of government determines that either the tenant’s RV or the property is not habitable, then this rental agreement shall automatically terminate and landlord shall return any prepaid yet unaccrued rent.

7.) By leasing this property from Magliato Realty, LLC , the renter accepts camping privileges with the understanding that he/she does hereby releases Magliato Realty, LLC, Paul Magliato, David Magliato and their heirs and Adirondack Memories Campground of all liability for the loss or damage to property and injury to his/her persons arising out of his/her use of this facility.

            8.) Electric usage deemed by management to be excessive may be billed in addition to seasonal rental.

                                                              PET RULES AND WAIVER

~ALL PETS MUST BE LEASHED AT ALL TIMES. Leashes shall be no longer than 6 feet. All leashes shall have a secure loop hand strap and owners shall always have leash in hand.

~ Pet waste will be immediately cleaned up by pet owner and disposed of in a waste container.

~ Pet owners are responsible for any damage their pets may cause to  property including , buildings, activity areas, tent sites or RV sites.

~ Pet owners are also responsible for any damage their pet causes another guest, visitor, vendor, employee or property therein.

~ No animals shall be left unattended in vehicles, in the parking lot, outside of restroom facilities, outside of RV or tent sites when owner is not present. Unattended pets may be removed by animal control.

~ All dog owners bringing a dog must present proof of recent vaccination from your vet.

Please read this carefully and be aware that you and not Adirondack Memories Campground will be legally and financially liable for any and all damage done to people and property by your pet. I have received, read and fully understand the above important information.
